Home-schooling for Keri Thompson gave her the freedom to tailor her own curriculum.
That included pursuing subjects that interested her, such as an equine science correspondence course. She also collaborated with her mother to decide which textbooks and methods of learning worked for her.
‘What I enjoyed the most was being able to do what suited me best,’ said Thompson , now a sophomore at Drake University. Read more…
