Carnival of Homeschooling Completes a Year

A year of work is a magical thing. In old stories, heroes and heroines often went on quests or performed services for ‘a year and a day,’ which is also how long the Owl and the Pussycat set sail for in their eponymous poem. Many modern-day Pagan/Wiccan societies still use the ‘year and a day’ timetable for studying and advancing along their paths.
