This is my first subscription to a digital magazine, and I rarely subscribe to traditional magazines. Although I enjoy leafing through all those glossy pages while curled up on the couch with my cup of coffee, I hate to get rid of all that good info. So, back issues end up cramming my bookshelves and scatter about the house. A digital magazine is perfect for people like me who want the information, minus the clutter. And, the digital edition of The Old Schoolhouse (TOS) is the same wonderful magazine, but instead of receiving your quarterly issues via snail mail; you receive a link in your email. Simply click and prestoâ¦youâve got the magazine at your fingertips. Itâs like magic!
The digital format is colorful, and a breeze to navigate, and youâll find so much useful and encouraging information in every issue. Some of the Headlines for the summer 2008 issue include 7 Motivators to Get Up and Get Out, a Charlotte Mason Homeschool, Intelligent Design, and 10 Reasons to Homeschool a Special Needs Child. Each headline is a link to the story so you can cut the chase and get right to the meat, or you can see the entire layout of the magazine and pick the page you are interested in. Other benefits of the digital edition include direct links to products and websites, and the ability to print articles, and email them to friends. And my favorite benefit: I have more bookshelf space! Also, the price is cheaper than the standard magazine subscription. It is a huge savings especially for those who subscribe internationally. I am very pleased with my new digital magazine subscription. To subscribe or just learn more about TOS magazine, click here.
