Yup, homeschooled kids too. Has this guy read the constitution since the 4th amendment was ratified?

Students would be weighed and measured, and the BMI data would be used to determine whether they have excess fat or are underweight.

Students in public schools would be checked during the school year. Arrangements would be made for homeschooled students also to be screened, Morrissette said.

There is the small matter of the 4th amendment.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

  1. Didn’t you get the memo? The constitution was abolished some time back in the 1930’s so they could “save” the country with the “New Deal”. What’s left is just for show not for actual use. These days the law of the land means whatever those in power says it means.
