Homeschooling bigger than ever
Washington Times has an article about the continuing rise of homeschooling.
Another possible explanation for the rapid increase in home-schooling is that it’s much easier to home-school now than even five years ago. More and more education programs and curricula are being produced for home-schoolers and are available through DVDs, the Internet, satellite TV, etc.
It is well-known that the average home-schooled child scores well on academic tests. This is because, in part, home-schooling parents can shape their educational program to their child.
