Homeschool Advocates Call For Outcry Against Judge’s Ruling

Homeschool advocates across the country are focused on Raleigh after a judge in a divorce hearing said that the children of a Wake County couple might be better off going to public school instead of being homeschooled.

The ruling last week by family court Judge Ned Mangum has prompted a backlash from folks in the Southern Baptist Convention, who have called for homeschoolers “around the world” to contact the judge, legislators and the governor to “fight the battle.” Read more…
