Eyes Like Stars Theatre Illuminata, Act I
According to Wikipidea, and as we all know, “William Shakespeare was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world’s preeminent dramatist. He is often called England’s national poet and the “Bard of Avon” (or simply “The Bard”). His surviving works consist of 38 plays154 sonnets, two long narrative poems, and several other poems. His plays have been translated into every major living language and are performed more often than those of any other playwright”.
In Lisa Mantchev’s novel Eye’s Like Stars, Bertie Shakespeare Smith is also a playwright, directing her own life story at the great and magical Theatre Illuminata. Shakespeare and theatre fans will especially love this book. I’ll have my review posted tomorrow, but for today, take a sneak peek at Lisa’s website and check the Shakespeare websites listed below.
